Classes + Coaching

I offer a wide range of options to help you along your health and fitness journey. Choose the option that fits your needs:


Health Coaching: Are you looking for support + accountability along your health journey? Health coaching may be the right option for you. Health Coaching includes one-on-one virtual meetings where we will take a deep dive into your current habits, your health goals, and how you can achieve those goals. 

Personal Training - Coming Soon!: Do you have specific fitness goals in mind, or do you need more personalized fitness training? Personal Training may be the right option for you. Personal Training includes one-on-one virtual training sessions tailored to your fitness needs and goals to help you improve strength, form, and your all around fitness.

Group Fitness: Are you looking for a fun, high energy way to stay in shape? Group Fitness may be the right option for you. Group Fitness includes virtual fitness classes with multiple participants. I offer a variety of group fitness classes from HIIT to low/no cardio strength training. I'm always looking to add to the schedule so if there's a format you'd love to see, drop me an email and I'll see what I can do to add it.
